WARRANTYÂ & SERVICING
Parris daCosta Hayashima K.K. provides a guarantee for the first twenty four (24) months following the date of purchase/delivery as defined on each watch's certificate and the accompanying ‘Guarantee card’, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Our guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects, as well as flaws existing when the watch was delivered to the owner. The guarantee is only applicable if the guarantee card has been filled in completely and correctly by an official dealer, and the serial and reference numbers on the card match those on the watch.

During the guarantee period, the owner of the watch has the right to a repair free of charge. In the event that a repair is needed, first contact Parris daCosta Hayashima directly at: info@parris-dacosta-hayashima.com

Any repairs will be undertaken by our service partner in Japan, IGIMI Co. Ltd in Tokyo and Osaka, or by our movement specialists at Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier in Switzerland.

The guarantee excludes:

Normal wear and tear resulting from wearing the watch and aging, e.g., scratched glass, discolouration of and/or material alteration with leather, fabrics, rubber, etc.

Damage resulting from failure to observe the instructions for use issued by Parris daCosta Hayashima.

Damage resulting from improper, abnormal or careless handling.

Damage resulting from improper work performed by a service centre other the authorized specialists above.

Watches modified in any way from original.

Indirect damage of any kind due to watch stoppage or inaccuracy.
